Everyone was VERY FRIENDLY and the breakfast was above average and absolutely fantastic. The a twin room had basic facilities you need, a couch, a living room and a couch bed. Location: the hotel was just off the bamboo forest and golden temple, the Imperial Palace, and many sights.

Surprisingly, no laundry room!!! The design of the lobby could be more inviting with better seating options!!! The absence of an on-site restaurant limits dining choices!!!

Amazing spacious room with a cozy, chic vibe! Location was perfect, right next to the subway and a Family Mart. We loved how easy it was to explore nearby parks and artisan shops. Plus, the bar had an awesome selection of whiskies! Our experience was topped off when they stored our luggage seamlessly while we explored the area on our last day.
